At electHER Now, four Working Groups meet regularly to plan and executive action plans in support of our goal and three strategies. We like to think there’s a job for everyone who would like to get involved, no matter your experience level or how much time you can commit.

OUR WORKING GROUPS:
NETWORKING - Responsible for developing activities that foster local networks of elected women/supporters. If you love to connect with people (both on the phone, by email or in-person), this team would love to hear from you!
LEARNING RESOURCES - Creates online Learning Events, tip sheets and other resources to help increase the knowledge base of candidates, elected officials and community volunteers. If you like to learn new things, believe in the power of teaching and enjoy working on projects with other knowledgeable folks, you’ll enjoy working with this team!
COMMUNICATIONS - Works to increase awareness of electHER Now as an organization and supports other Working Group activities, creating resource material and ongoing publicity, using primarily online platforms, social media and other methods. If you like the creative world, are interested in physical and online marketing methods, this is the team for you!
ADMINISTRATION - Maintains financial records and strategic plans, oversees recruitment and fundraising efforts, organizes regular Planning Team and Advisory Council meetings. If you like to balance your cheque book, know (or would like to know) Excel and other database systems, and regularly take the time to read meeting minutes, this team has a project for you!
