We encourage everyone to get involved in this year’s election. There are three ways you can work to make local council better represent the community it serves:

Be HER: Contact your local municipal office to register as a candidate before the August 21, 2026 deadline (2PM). Then, CLICK HERE to see our 2026 Resources to help run a successful campaign.

Ask HER: If you know of someone who you think would be great at the job, why not ask her to run? Then, tell her how you will support her campaign.

Support HER: There are plenty of ways to get involved, to fit both your interests and your time. It’s an excellent way to learn more about what it takes to run a successful campaign, and you can be proud you have pitched in to help!
